In addition, the company provides cash management, remote capture, commercial sweep accounts, Internet banking, letters of credit, fixed and variable annuities, defined benefit plans, 401(k) rollovers, stocks, self-directed individual retirement accounts, bonds, mutual funds, services brokerage, long term care insurance, 529 college savings plans, life insurance, estate accounts, disability insurance, trust services, and self employed pension plans. Further, it offers investment management, investment advisory, estate settlement, trust services, custody services, retirement planning, and safekeeping services. The company has 11 full service branches; 2 limited service branches; and a full-service wealth management group. The company was founded in 1860 and is headquartered in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
